Crust
2 c. pretzels, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
Filling
2- 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
1- 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained,
reserve juice
2 tbsp. Cornstarch

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. To make crust mix together pretzels, 1/2 c. sugar and melted butter. Place in 13x9 glass baking dish, bake for 10 minutes. Cool.

Blend together cream cheese and the other 1/2 c. sugar until smooth. Stir in cool whip and spread over pretzel crust. Place reserved pineapple juice in saucepan. Add cornstarch and cook until slightly thick. Mix in crushed pineapple. Spread on top of cheese layer.
