1/4 cup vinegar

Mix all ingredients together and pout over the prepared boiled potatoes, eggs, and green onions.

This was our Mother, our Grandma's and now Great-grandma's recipe for potato salad and I use it to make Macaroni salad as well. Our Mother was the best cook and a great teacher as we are all good cooks!
