1 Loaf French Bread
3 Large tomatoes
1/2 Zucchini chopped
1/4 Cup snipped fresh basil
1 Garlic clove
2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
2 tbls. Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350. Bake bread 10-12 minutes in oven. In a small bowl combine all ingredients and scoop onto warm bread. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Slice into serving pieces.
