6 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
2 T. poppy seeds
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix melted butter, crushed Ritz crackers and poppy seeds in bowl; set aside. Mix together chicken, sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Mix half of the cracker mixture in with the chicken. Place chicken in 9 X 13 pan and sprinkle remaining Ritz crackers on the top. Bake 25 minutes at 350.
