1 egg, beaten
1 yellow or white Jiffy cake mix. ( I use half of a
regular size cake mix)
1 carton yogurt, 6 oz. ( we like peach, raspberry or
strawberry the best)
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour in 8x8 pan.
Sprinkle 3 Tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon,
mixed together.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
This is easy to do by hand.
