1 lb pork sausage
1(8 count) crescent rolls
2 cups frozen hash browns
1 1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
7 eggs
1/4 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 T grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until brown; drain. Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles and place on pizza pan to form a crust( or spread dough in a 9x13 inch cake pan. Spoon sausage over dough' sprinkle thawed hash browns over sausage. Sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over all. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 mins.
