3 c flour
1 pkg dry yeast
1/2 c milk
1/2 c water
1/2 c cooking oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 c sugar
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and yeast together. Heat milk, water, oil, sugar and salt in a sauce pan until warm.
Using electric mixer to mix add liquid to dry ingredients. Then add eggs and blend until smooth.
Pour into 2 well greased 1 lb coffee or fruit cans.
Cover with plastic lids and let rise until 1/2 in from top. Remove lids and bake in 375 oven for 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before removing from can.
