1 pkg apricot nut mix
1 egg
1/2 c orange juice
1/2 c water

Filling
6 oz cream cheese
1/3 c sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 egg
1 tsp grated orange rind

Directions:
Directions:
Grease loaf pan. Mix apricot nut mix, egg, orange juice and water until blended. Put 2/3 in bottom of prepared loaf pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg and orange rind. Place all of cream cheese mixture on dough in loaf pan. Top with rest of Apricot mixture.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let cool 10 minutes and then wrap in foil and refrigerate.
