1 (9 oz) bag baby spinach
1 qt fresh strawberries, sliced
Sliced Almonds



Dressing:

1/4 c Martinellies Sparkling Apple Cider
1/2 c sugar
1 cup pure olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine strawberries, spinach, and almonds. Combine cider and sugar in saucepan. Bring to boil just long enough to dissolve suger. Cool. Whisk in olive oil. Pour over salad. May not need all the dressing. Serve cold.
