1 c salad oil
2 c sugar
2 c peeled and diced apples
1 c pecans, chopped
3 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat by hand the oil, sugar, apples and pecans. Add the flour, soda, salt and vanilla.
Bake in ungreased angel food cake pan for 60 to 90 minutes at 350. Time varies because of the fresh apples.
