1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
1 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 c flour
1/2 c nuts
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

6 oz cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/4 c butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 c nuts
1 c chocolate chips

2 c miniature marshmallows
1/4 c butter
1 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 oz cream cheese
1/4 c milk
3 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

In a large saucepan, over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. Add remaining bar ingredients and mix well. Spread in pan and set aside. Combine 6 oz cream cheese and the next 5 listed ingredients for filling. Blend until smooth. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips and spread over bars. Bake 25 to 35 minutes at 350. Sprinkle on marshmallows and return to oven for 2 minutes. Melt butter, chocolate 2 oz of cream cheese and milk. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla and blend well. Pour over bars while marshmallows are still hot.
