1 box wild rice
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 white onion (chopped)
2 small zucchini (cut up in pieces)
Bottle of Pace lime cilantro Sauce
1 c Hunts diced tomatoes
2 or 3 chicken breasts or thighs (cut in pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Place box of wild rice on bottom of casserole dish. Mix green peppers, onions and zucchini together and place on top of the rice. Using a bottle of Pace lime cilantro sauce and a can of Hunts diced tomatoes with juice and add cooked diced chicken breasts and/or thighs. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour or until rice is cooked thoroughly. Sprinkle with cheese and let melt. Serve with tortilla chips
