4 eggs
1 2/3 c sugar
1 c cooking oil
16 oz pumpkin
3 oz pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c butter or margerine
2 c sifted powder sugar
2 c all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

In mixing bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, baking soda. Add to the pumpkin mixture and blend together. Bake in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan at 350 oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese

Cream together 3 oz cream cheese and 1/2 c butter or margarine. Stir in vanilla. Add powdered sugar a little at a time, beating well until mixture is smooth.
