3 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
1 pkg hash browns & onions (Betty Crocker)
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 c water
2 tbsp green pepper flakes
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1/4 c water
1 tbsp dry milk
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon crisp, drain. Save 3 or 4 tsp dripping. Add potatoes, salt, water, green pepper flakes to skillet. Cook uncovered over medium heat until liquid is absorbed and bottom is brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, dry milk, 1/4 c water, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes and cheese. Cook until done, Potatoes are golden brown.
