1 lb loaf french bread
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
8 eggs
2 1/2 c milk or 1/2 &1/2
6 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 c maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut french bread into small cubes. Cube cream cheese . Layer 1/2 of bread cubes then 1/2 of cream cheese cubes. than remaining bread. In a blender, blend eggs, milk, butter and maple syrup. Pour over bread. Using a spatula, press layers down to moisten. Cover & refrigerate 2 to 24 hours. Bake uncovered in a 325 oven for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve with syrup.
