1 c flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c milk
11/2 c chopped apples
4 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, eggs, salt and milk together until smooth. Mix apples with 4 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix apples with flour mixture. Drop by spoonfuls in hot oil 350. Drain on paper towels and then shake with powdered sugar.
