1 C (81/2) CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, DRAINED
2 C CHOPPED PECANS, DIVIDED
1/4 C FINELY CHOPPED BELL PEPPER
2 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS
11/2 TSP SEASONED SALT

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in remaining ingredients. Shape into ball. Roll in remaining pecans.
