4 c whole cracked wheat
2 c scant flour
2 c scant sugar
1 tsp scant salt
2 eggs
3 c buttermilk
2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans
Combine cracked wheat, flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
Beat eggs slightly with buttermilk add dry ingredients. Mix well and put into prepared loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, lower oven to 325 and continue to bake for another 30 minutes or until done.
