6 Chicken Thighs
1/8 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the chicken in salted water for 20 min. (or just rinse if
you're in a hurry), then pat the pieces dry and lay them in a
baking dish. They should be a little crowded, touching each
other. Mix up the rest of the ingredients and pour over the
chicken, then let stand for 20 min. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or
until done
