16 oz. frozen hash browns
1 cup chopped onion
1 (14 1/2oz.) can chicken broth
2 cups water
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk
shredded cheese and crumbled bacon(5-6 slices)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients; boil; cover and reduce heat. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk. Heat throughly. Sprinkle shredded cheese and bacon on top.
