1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Stir first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in milk, margarine, and vanilla. Turn into a 9" pan. Mix brown sugar and 1/4 c. cocoa together and sprinkle on top. Carefully pour the hot water over the top. Bake 45 to 50 mins. Serve warm.
