Directions:
Directions:
Use one large can of College Inn Chicken Broth. Put the can into a pot to warm on low while you are preparing the rest of the soup. Add onion and garlic to the broth in this pan. You can add salt and pepper if you so desire.

We run the steamer to soften the veggies from hardest veggie to softest (is that makes sense).

We start with carrots and then progressively add the other veggies to the steamer in this order:
green beans, celery, zuccini

While you are steaming the veggies, prepare the rice using White Minute Rice. Cook time--5 minutes.

When complete, and rice and veggies to broth and simmer together in pot for approx 10 minutes. Serve and Enjoy
