2lbs ground Beef; 1 can Black Beans, undrained; 2 c. Rice, cooked; 1-2c. Salsa; 1 can Olives; 1-2c.Cheese; Tortilla Chips or corn/flour Tortillas.

Directions:

Brown meat in skillet and drain. Add cooked rice, black beans, olives, and salsa. Cook until warm. Serve with chips or tortillas.
