4 boneless prok chops, about 1" thick; 1c. apple cider/juice; 1/4c. lemon juice; 1/4c. soy sauce; 2tbsp. honey; 1clove garlic, minced; 1/4tsp pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pork chops. Pour cider mixture over pork chops. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning meat occasionally. Remove pork from marinade and grill 10-15 minutes, turning once and basting with marinade. Serve with wild or seasoned rice.
