4 boneless Chicken breasts; 1tbsp. butter; 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Frozen Puff Pastry(1 sheet); 1 Egg; 1tbsp. Water; 1 4oz. Alouette Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Cheese; 1/4c. fresh chopped Parsley.

Melt butter in skillet and add chicken. Season with salt & pepper, if desired. Cook until browned. Remove chicken, cover, and refrigerate 15 min. Thaw pastry sheet. Mix egg and water. Unfold pastry on lightly foured surface. Roll into 14" square and quarter. Spread 2tbsp. of the cheese spread in center of each of the 4 squares. Sprinkle with 1tbsp. parsley and top with cooled chicken breast. Brush edges with egg mixture. Fold each corner to center on top of chicken and seal edges. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush with egg mixture. Bake at 400 for 25 min. or until golden brown.
