16 oz. Pkg. Jumbo Shells; 4c. Ricotta Cheese; 1/2c. Cottage Cheese; 1c. Mozzerella Cheese; 2 Eggs, beaten; 1/3c. Bread Crumbs; 1/4 c. choppped Parsley; 1 tsp. Salt; 1/4tsp. Pepper; 29 oz. Spaghetti Sauce; 1/2c. grated Parmesan Cheese.

Cook and drain pasta shells. Mix all ingredients together, except for the sauce & parmesan cheese. Fill shells. Place 3/4c. spaghetti sauce in 9X13 pan. Place shells on top. Cover shells with rest of sauce. Sprinkle with the 1/2c. grated Parmesan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.

A double recipe of filling will fill 50-55 shells and uses 1/2 jar of the large Prego Sauce from Costco.
