1 lb pecan halves 1 egg white 1 tbsp water 1 c sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt
Beat egg white until thickening. Add water and continue beating till stiff, but not dry. Pour over pecans and stir until well coated. Mix sugar with cinnamon and salt. Add to nuts. Pour onto a greased (or use Pam) cookie sheet. Bake at 275º for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
