1 stick butter, melted
1 can beef consumme soup
1 can french onion soup
1 can sliced mushrooms, small can
1 c. long grain rice

Directions:

Mix together in a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at
350 for one hour or until brown on top (mushrooms will float to
top).
