1 lg. bag of baby spinach 1 c. or more of sliced strawberries walnuts to taste
Dressing: 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. vinegar 1 c. oil (canola or other) 1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds 1 tbsp. minced onion
Toss the spinach, strawberries and walnuts together in a bowl. Mix dressing ingredients well. Pour dressing onto salad just before serving. If the dressing is applied too much in advance, the spinach and strawberries will become too soggy. Toss and enjoy!
