1 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 T. cocoa
2/3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 T. melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts


Topping: 1/4 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar,
3 T. cocoa, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together first 5 ingredients and blend with the remaining 4 ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish.

Combine the topping ingredients and put over mixture in casserole. Pour 1 c. boiling water over entire contents. Bake at 350 35 - 45 min.

Make sure the casserole dish or pan is large enough or it will boil over while baking.
