2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 T. vinegar
1/2 c. shortening
2 tsp vanilla
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased 13x9" pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or frosted when cooled. We like it plain with vanilla ice cream and homemade chocolate sauce!
