1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice


2 c. flour
1T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil first 3 ingredients in small saucepan for 2 min.
Pour into greased 2 1/2" muffin cups or into a baking pan.


Combine flour, baking powder, salt. Cut in shortening. Stir in milk til dough follows fork. Turn out on to lightly floured board and knead 10 times.
Roll out into a 6x12" rectangle. Brush with melted
butter. Sprinkle with:
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Roll up and cut into 1" slices. Place cut side down on orange mixture. Bake about 15 min at 425
