1 bag dole cut & washed salad mix
2 lbs cubed chicken
2 small cans mandarin oranges
slivered almonds
Oriental salad dressing -Sesame Seed
Lemon Juice
Lemon Pepper
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken in lemon juice and lemon pepper for a few hours in the refrigerator. Cook and cube chicken. Add all ingredients to bowl and toss. Serve with Chinese noodles.
I prefer Good Season's sesame seed dressing.
