3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
1/4 c butter, melted
4 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 c flake coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly combine eggs, sugar, butter, lemon juice and vanilla. Stir in coconut. Pour filling into pie shell and bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes.
