1 lb hamburger
1/4 c onion
1/2 c rice
Salt & pepper
1 small can sauerkraut
1 large can tomato juice
cabbage leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, rice, onion salt & pepper. Separate into balls. Soak cabbage in hot water until pliable. Roll meat into leaves; put in large dutch oven. Cover with kraut and tomato juice.
Bake at 350 for 2 to 3 hours.
