4 c chopped rhubarb
2 c sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 c flour
1 pint half & half
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rhubarb and sugar, let stand for 1 to 2 hours.
Bring to boil egg yolks, flour, half & half and salt.
add rhubarb and cook until thick.

Cool
