1 package dry yeast
1/4 c warm water
3/4 c milk
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c melted butter
4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in milk and sugar. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Beat in eggs, butter, flour, and salt. Let stand overnight, not refrigerated. Divide dough into 2 balls. On floured board roll out each to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut each circle into 12 wedges. Roll up, starting at the outer, wide end. Place on greased baking sheet, seam side down. Let stand at room temperature until doubled or time to bake (up to 12 hours). Bake in preheated 400 oven 10 minutes
