1 box (8 oz.) angel hair pasta or thin spaghetti
1 pt. whipping cream
1 egg
A couple of handfuls of chopped ham (or roasted chicken)
1 c. frozen peas
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. olive oil
salt
black pepper
1/2-3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
dash nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta as directed - use ample salt in the water (at least 1 Tbsp). Add peas to the pasta water for final minute. While boiling pasta, saute garlic in olive oil, add ham. In separate bowl whisk together cream, egg, a dash of nutmeg and black pepper to taste. Drain pasta, add ham and garlic, cream mixture, and Parmesan cheese to hot pasta and toss to coat. Serve.
