2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 small onion
4 eggs, slightly beaten
c. margarine, softened
tsp. garlic salt
tsp. thyme
c. parmesan cheese
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain spinach. Use colander, then paper towels to dab up excess water.
Mix all ingredients together.
Chill 1 hour.
Scoop out small amount to form into balls, slightly smaller than the size of a ping-pong ball.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes (might brown quickly on bottom)

Wrap up and freeze on cookie sheet. Balls can be taken from freezer to oven, but will require a longer baking time.
