6 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. hot sausage, cooked and drained
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
6 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of large casserole dish with bread cubes. Layer sausage on top and sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, and spices together and pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes the next morning. I let it sit out at room temperature while the oven is preheating - otherwise it may take a little longer to cook.
