2 pks of Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 Onion
12-18 Eggs
¼ Cup of Milk
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 pk of shredded cheese (Type is up to you)
1 loaf of bread

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and brown sausage. Drain. Set aside to cool.
Beat eggs. Add milk and cream of mushroom to mixture and mix. Salt and pepper to taste. (I add Tabasco and garlic powder.)
Add cooled sausage to egg mixture. Set aside.
Butter a 9” x 13” x 2” pan. Cut crusts off of bread.
Line the pan with the bread.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread. Top with cheese and refrigerate overnight.
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Bake for 60 minutes. (Check for doneness around 50 minutes.)
