Crust:
1 cup flour
1 stick butter (melted)
1 cup pecans (finely chopped)

Filling:
Large Cool Whip
1 cup Confectioner Sugar
1 8oz cream cheese
3 cups milk
1-3oz Vanilla instant pudding
1-3oz Chocolate instant pudding
1 Hershey Bar (chilled)

Crust:
Mix all ingredients and spread in bottom of 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and cool.

Filling:
First Layer:
Mix 1 cup of Cool Whip, 1cup confection sugar, 8oz cream cheese and layer over crust.
Second Layer:
Mix vanilla instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups of milk. Let stand till thickened and spread.
Third Layer:
Mix chocolate instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups of milk. Let stand till thickened and spread.
Fourth Layer:
Spread remaining Cool Whip. Shave chocolate off of chilled Hershey bar over Cool Whip for decoration. Chill desert and serve.
