2 Bricks Vermont Chedder Cheese
2, 8 oz. packages of cream cheese or 1 package of cheese alternative

Marinate:
3 TB Fresh Parsley
3 TB Fresh Basil
3 TB Scallions
3 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c. White wine vinegar
4 oz. chpped pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all marinade ingredients together,
and pour over the sliced chedder/cream cheeses (alternating pattern of cheese as you lay it out in a small serving dish) Refridgerate several hours or overnight.

This is a great dish, especially where you will be featuring various wines/heavy appetizers. Serve with tooth picks.
