Spinach Salad Recipe

1 can bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
1/3 C. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 hard boiled eggs
5 slices bacon cooked crispy
2/3 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/3 tsp finely chopped onion
1 1/2 lbs. spinach

Wash spinach and dry. Drain bean sprouts and water chestnuts. Crumble bacon. Mix together with eggs and spinach.

Combine red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, oil, sugar, ketchup, onion together for dressing.

Add dressing to spinach when ready to serve
