1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
dash of salt
2 TB mayo
1 16 oz can cranberry sauce, chilled and diced
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Whip the cream, sugar and salt.
Fold in mayo, mixing well.
Fold in cranberry sauce, OJ and marshmallows.
Line a muffin tin with foil or paper baking cups.
Fill with salad mixture.
Freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer 5 mintues before eating.
