5 lb. hamburger (ground chuck)
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. hickory smoke salt
5 heaping tsp. Morton's Tender Quick Salt

Directions:
Directions:
- Mix well, cover, and refrigerate.
- On the 4th day, roll into 5 loaves, ROLL TIGHT
- Bake 8 hours at 175 (no hotter!), place loaves on a boiler pan to bake.
- Cool and slice thin
