4 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic pressed
14-16 shrimp
1/3 c. white wine
Juice of one lemon (If doubled, I still use juice of one lemon.)
Salt and pepper
c. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and oil in pan together. Add garlic and saute one minute.
Add shrimp and cook one minute.
Add wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Saute quickly while sauce and shrimp turn pink.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve over rice or paste. I use angel hair pasta.
