1 package Grape Tomatoes
1 can Pitted Olives
1 can Chick Peas
Vidalia Onion
Balsamic Vinegar (white)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Basil
Parsley
Oregano
Garlic Salt
Pepper



Directions:
Directions:
Add 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar and 2 tbsp. of olive oil into large mixing bowl. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. garlic salt, 1 tsp basil, 1/2 tsp of parsley and 1/2 tsp of oregano. Pour chick peas into mixing bowl. Slice grape tomatoes and pitted olives into halves and add to bowl. Finely chop 1/2 of an onion and add to bowl. Mix all ingredients vigorously. Add oil and vinegar and additional seasoning to taste. Chill in refridgerator for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to serving.
