1 c superfine sugar
1/4 c butter
1 c milk
1 egg
11/2 c flour (divided)
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 c blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375
Prepare muffin tins with paper liners.
Cream sugar & butter. Add milk, egg and 2/3 cup flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Mix until blended. Gently mix in remaining 2/3 c flour with blueberries
Bake until done, 20 to 30 minutes
