4 lb pork tenderloin, cut into chunks
2 tbsp butter
3/4 c chopped onion
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c white wine
Juice of 3 oranges
3 tbsp sugar
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat in butter until golden; remove and set aside. Add onion, salt and pepper to the pan; cook until onion is tender. Return meat to pan, add wine and juice from oranges, sugar and bay leaf. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 45 minutes.
Thicken liquid with flour if too much and too thin; otherwise watch it doesn't cook away.
Serve with cooked rice
